I know that coming to a new salon can be a little scary especially when you are not sure what to expect. Here is some additional information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible!

Depending on how far in advance you booked you will receive a text and email reminder 5 days before & 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Come Prepared...

Dress for Success

Relaxation is one of my specialties. Having comfy clothing just adds to the experience. Please do not wear bulky necklines like hoodies or turtlenecks.

Location & Parking

Location

344 Main St. Downtown Savannah. The building is pushed back off the main road and can easily be missed. Lakeshore nail salon is directly across the road. I am in the unit on the right of White Oak Bakery.
Parking

When pulling in from the main road you can park on the left against the red brick building or drive to the back right side of the salon building. DO NOT park directly in front of the salon or in front of the other 2 units in the building. Parking directly in front of the salon may cause the cars on the side of the building to be blocked in.
The door will be unlocked 5 minutes prior to your appointment time!

Children

The salon is a relaxing environment not really set up for lil ones. It's your time to relax so leave the lil ones at home.
Late Arrivals

If you are going to be late, please send me an email letting me know. I allow up to a 15-minute window. If you are more then 15 minutes late, we may have to cut a service short (with no change in cost) or reschedule.

​Reschedules/ Cancellations

Cancellations/ Reschedules can be done through the appointment reminder notifications up to 6 hours prior to your visit. Please be mindful that if the cancellation is done within 48 hours of your appointment time there will be a fee of 50% of your scheduled service total due prior to your next appointment. An Invoice will be sent to your email & must be paid prior to accepting future appointments.

No shows will be unable to book future appointments or pay 100% of their missed appointment prior to booking again.

  While you are here

It's just you and I in our private suite. You can set your things on your own cart that is provided for you. At any time during your appointment, you can help yourself to the mints on the cart. Water will be offered, and you can plug your phone into the charger directly in front of your chair. This is your time to relax...However you want...This time is for YOU!!!
