Updated Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Cancellations/reschedules can be done through your appointment reminder up to 3 hours prior to your appointment or by emailing me.
If Cancellation/Reschedule is made within 48 hours of your appointment time a fee of 50% of your total appointment cost will be needed prior to your next appointment.
NO CONTACT/NO SHOW:
Unable to book future appointments or 100% of missed appointment total before rescheduling next appointment
Color
If you weren't able to prebook before leaving the salon and you need your color, or one of the other services with big time blocks, email me so I can set it up for you. Choose a day Monday - Thursday 11am or 4 pm and let me know what works best for you. I'll get back to you within 48 business hours with your day and time!
Specialty Treatments
If you're ready to try one of the specialty treatments whether you're wanting relaxation or a whole new hair experience: I'm going to recommend the detox & revive every time!! Everyone can benefit from this one and if you've had it done before you know how different and amazing your hair feels! If you're not sure which one you should do then just go by time & budget...I promise you'll be happy with any one of them! Still have questions then email me!
