Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • Cancellations/reschedules can be done through your appointment reminder up to 3 hours prior to your appointment or by emailing me.

If Cancellation/Reschedule is made within 48 hours of your appointment time a fee of 50% of your total appointment cost will be needed prior to your next appointment. An invoice will be sent to you.

 

​NO CONTACT/NO SHOW:

Unable to book future appointments or 100% of missed appointment total before rescheduling next appointment

Spa or Curly Haircut

 If you're wanting your usual Haircut service, you know what to do! Click the button below to go to my booking site. If you do not see a time or day that works, email me. I may or may not have room to squeeze you in.

Color

If you are a loyal consistent client (every 4-12weeks) that receives color from me now, nothing will change! all other color clients will be referred to other stylists I trust.

Treatments

Traditional service treatments (Detox & Revive, Rejuvenate & Rebuild, & Malibu Makeover) can still be booked with an add on haircut. Email if you have any questions about treatments. These treatments are NOT the same as the headspa experience.
