• Exfoliate Weekly: A healthy scalp is the foundation for beautiful hair. Use a gentle scalp scrub or massage to boost circulation and remove buildup.
• Hydrate and Protect: Keep your scalp and hair moisturized with quality products and use a heat protectant when styling.
• Wash with Intention: Avoid overwashing to preserve natural oils. Curly hair 1-2 x a week & Straight hair 2-3x (unless we discussed differently in your appointment)
• Gentle Touch: Detangle with care and avoid harsh towel drying to prevent breakage.
Self-Care Reminders:
• Take a moment for yourself daily, whether it’s a few deep breaths, a quiet walk, or a calming ritual.
• Nourish your body with healthy foods, water, and restful sleep to support your overall wellness.
