Thank you for choosing Kaycee Leigh Hair Therapy for your headspa experience. I am dedicated to provide a luxurius & deeply restorative treatment that nourishes your scalp and overall well-being. This welcome packet will help you understand what to expect & how to prepare.

Pre - Visit

Email & Text Notifications

If you are reading this welcome packet this means you have paid your $100 booking fee. You will now only receive appointment reminders. Remember adjustments to your package may only be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit. This includes upgrades that you may have added.

Come Prepared...

Dress for Success

You will be changing in to your facial gown prior to the service starting. I would recommend wearing comfy bottoms. If you are receiving a leg message and do not feel comfortable bottomless please wear something that I can lift to above your knee.

Prep for the best

Have your hair detangled and avoid heavy styling products before your visit. If you are receiving a facial massage come with a clean face or minimal makeup.

Location & Parking

Location

344 Main St. Downtown Savannah. The building is pushed back off the main road and can easily be missed. Lakeshore nail salon is directly across the road. I am in the unit on the right of Maycee's sweets & treats
Parking

When pulling in from the main road you can park on the left against the red brick building or drive to the back right side of the salon building. DO NOT park directly in front of the salon or in front of the other 2 units in the building. Parking directly in front of the salon may cause the cars on the side of the building to be blocked in.
The door will be unlocked 5 minutes prior to your appointment time!

Salon Policies & while you are here...

Children

The salon is a relaxing environment not really set up for lil ones. It's your time to relax so leave the lil ones at home.
Late Arrivals

If you are going to be late, please send me an email letting me know. I allow up to a 15-minute window. If you are more then 15 minutes late, we may have to cut a service short (with no change in cost) or reschedule.

​Reschedules/ Cancellations

Cancellations/ Reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit the $100 booking fee. However, you may transfer your appointment to someone else with advance notice. If you send someone in your place , your booking fee will be applied to their appointment.

No shows will be unable to book future appointments or pay 100% of their missed appointment prior to booking again.

  While you are here

I have a cart where you can set your phone or personal items you would like with you during the blow dry. At the start of your visit you will be handed a menu so you can customize your visit and choose your refreshments.​
